Who wore it Better?


I hate to say this but Kristin rocked the Herve Leger dress way better than Heather. Not a fan of Kristin's antics on Laguna Beach and now the Hills, but gotta give credit to the girl she looks fab!

    Maybe Heather would have won 10 years ago when she was in her prime but girl cannot compete with Kristin in that little number!
