Hillary vs. Amanda







Only Hillary can get away w/ dressing like a stylish homeless person. Her Balenciaga Giant Part Time bag saved her fashion misshap, retailing at $1745. She must have spent all her money on the bag! On the other hand Amanda Bynes looks amazing in the same bag.
