Kim wore the Brian Lichtenberg dress to her Birthday in Vegas, while Lindsay wore the sparkly mini dress to InStyle's Golden Globes party. So who wore it better? My vote goes to Lindsay, she has never looked better and the hood gives the dress a totally different look.Friday, January 22, 2010
