Vicky B headed over to Bergdorf' Goodman's looking futuristic in "Pretty Woman" boots and neon corset mini, loves it! Pop star turned fashionista Gwen Stefani had her L.A.M.B. show earlier in the day posed for pics w/ none other than the devil herself Anna Wintour!
